Of course it’s historically bad.
We are throwing for 102 yards per game.
We have been sacked 11 times in 77 attempts. (To put that in perspective if we throw 35 times a game, which is about the league average we will get sacks 85 times this year)
We gave 1 passing TD in 3 games.
We have converted 9 3rd downs passing in 32 tries with 7 of them being sacked.
On 25 3rd and more than 3 pass plays we were sacked on 6 and converted a first done on 5.
Through 3 games our entire WR room has 21 reception for 169 yards.
Over a 17 game season that projects to 958 receiving yards from all of our WRs COMBINED
Last year 31 players individually had more, Tyreek Hill had almost twice as many.
Our WRs average a paltry 8 yards per catch and we have had 1 pass play to a wide receiver of 20 yards (and it was just 22) in 3 games.
We have scored 13 points per game and have 3 total offensive TDs in 3 games.

The Mac Jones/Zappe offense score 47% more tds per game. They passed for 77% more yards and scored more ppg.

This is epically and historically bad.
I don't like when you're right lol

I thought both prospects had potential but if they were going to succeed in the league they’d need at least a year in the strength and conditioning program…. they needed some development.

We don’t have that luxury due to injuries and Wolf signing a bunch of jag free agents this offseason. Now we pray for health and development of the youth. This season is shaping up to be a dud.
Yes... the thinking was we could have gotten something out of Wheatley jr. Anderson, Lowe. Had any 1 of those 3 panned out to be any Goof or just basic NFL average we would be better at the tackle spot. Wallace and Robinson will have to continue to learn on the fly.. at least they will gain invaluable playing experience if nothing else this season.

For many years me being right meant we were extremely successful.
I’m just the messenger.
It's easy for the stenographer to type when people are telling the story...

LT: Lowe is adequate, hope he's healthy next week (Jacobs backup)
LG: Jordan is playing ok, he's not the problem. Sow or Strange could take his place when they return.
C: Andrews
RG: Onwenu, who's our best OL when playing that position (several possible backups). Robinson not ready.
RT: Wallace. Should've been Chuks. Just play Wallace and he'll improve. Onwenu isn't great there in pass pro anyway.
6th OL: Robinson. In that case we're running, so put him at RG, Onwenu to RT, Wallace to TE.

Our main problem on offense last week was offensive linemen that couldn't play: Lowe & Sow injured, Chuks leaving. Also, Robinson's not ready as a pass blocker. But even if our offense played its best game, we weren't beating Rogers that night.

Not really because people like you don’t want to believe what they see.

What a red you talking about? I have never posted anything like that. You seem to be triggered by our interactions.

I agree. Wallace and Robinson will play by necessity. Hopefully they can man up and simply block the man in front of them. We are down to blocking basics 101.
1) Why would we bench the OL who is playing better than any other OL? Robinson can't pass block. It is really that simply. We could start Sow or Jordan at OG. We are NOT forced to start Robinson, presuming that Sow is healthy. (We are not even forced to use Robinson as the primary backup OG. We have Leverett and Thomas.

2) Yes, we should play Wallace at RT, not really out of necessity, but rather to see whether he should be starting this year. If not, he is the backup RT and also the jumbo OT and Onwenu would need to again start at RT.

BOTTOM LINE
Presuming that all are healthy, by Game 6, I don't expect either rookie to be starting by necessity. even if Strange isn't back.

No not saying that. I was simply mentioning that they have to play out of necessity. So if they are in fact out there then they will have to man up and block the guy in front of them.

Seattle put a beating on Miami yesterday. They're 3-0 and playing well.
