Not trying to defend AVP, I’m pointing out the ridiculous idea that he is the only problem and should be the scapegoat when the biggest failure is the defense. The offense is terrible too and AVP sucks, but where AVP is a 3 out of 10, Covington is a 1 out of 10
He’s got complete **** to work with. As Tucker said, worst o-line and WRs in the league. Not sure if AVP is good or not, but Bill Walsh wouldn’t have success with this group.
