I get it was time to move on from Belichick but there must have been someone better to hire. We hired a guy with no experience who was chosen as the next HC before he had any coaching experience.
Rebuilding teams don’t win a lot of games. That’s a given but you need to see signs of hope. Good coaching decisions, good team effort, players starting to flash, limited boneheaded penalties. This team has very little of any of that
"Rebuilding" is a tough mindset to manage. Everyone can look at this roster and see the lack of elite players currently. I feel like we are taking our baby steps now.
No chance. Maye gets his reps now so next year no one is making excuses for him.
The sooner we find out if he's the real deal the better. I don't need him starting in year 3 when we know he's not the guy like the last loser that was in here.
We need talent. The only way to get it is with the draft.
Picking in the top 5 infinitely better than in the top mid 15.
