He is not ready and is out there only because Kraft is worried about empty seatsAnyone who expected Maye to solve the problems have only them self to blame.
This was always about getting Maye the the reps so next year I'm not sitting here looking at a guy who's learning what to do when we could of got those reps out of the way this year.
I disagree. He seeing game speed for the first time.Reps like the ones he getting? Doing jack **** to help his development.
Yes it does. There is zero benefit to put him behind a line that cannot provide adequate protection.
some of you here are very smart people... am wondering if you can help me... if things continue as they are currently progressing...
How can I say I told ya so without saying I told ya so?
I'm a sensitive guy, you know? Don't want to hurt anyone's feelings...
i think it was the right call to draft maye if you believe he is the guy, you rarely have a shot to draft a franchise qb, but i would have sit him all year to learn and built the offense line next year with appropriate weaponsCatching up on some highlights (not home and can't watch). I know it's only the first start, but I really think we would have been better served long term to get a top OT or WR, let Mac get bullied while we rebuild the line, and get a better QB with steadier, more cerebral play.
I hope I'm wrong about Maye, but meh.

He needed a year to sit and watch and mature
