I will say that watching Miami and Buffalo, not putting any high-end playmakers on offense is a problem. The Dolphins and Bills have multiple guys, the Patriots don't even have one. You're not going to win a bunch of games expecting Mac Jones - or any other QB - to go out there and win with only Parker, Bourne, Smith-Schuster (who has lost a step and doesn't even get to the sticks), and Douglas. They're not following the formula that all the top teams have, and Belichick being stubborn there is frustrating.

Our best WR might in their best aspirations be a #3 on one of those teams. And even then they'd struggle to be considered a top 5 playmaker once you take into account the RB's and TE's they have

We obviously don’t agree on many things, but it is quite clear that Belichick has lost his fast ball and refuses to adapt to today’s NFL.

You can't make good QBs and WRs materialize out of thin air.

We don't have them.

Mac has been a bust. And unless you draft those WRs, you're not going to find them. You can sign the best WRs in FA every year but the Algholors, Bournes, Jonnu Smith, Smith-Schusters aren't going to cut it. We need a real QB and WRs. Then we'll be "modern" NFL
