Game Day Thread 2023 WEEK 4 OFFICIAL GAME THREAD: NE @ DAL

THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.

I will say that watching Miami and Buffalo, not putting any high-end playmakers on offense is a problem. The Dolphins and Bills have multiple guys, the Patriots don't even have one. You're not going to win a bunch of games expecting Mac Jones - or any other QB - to go out there and win with only Parker, Bourne, Smith-Schuster (who has lost a step and doesn't even get to the sticks), and Douglas. They're not following the formula that all the top teams have, and Belichick being stubborn there is frustrating.
Our best WR might in their best aspirations be a #3 on one of those teams. And even then they'd struggle to be considered a top 5 playmaker once you take into account the RB's and TE's they have

Lol no run game at all either we cant do anything right

We obviously don’t agree on many things, but it is quite clear that Belichick has lost his fast ball and refuses to adapt to today’s NFL.
You can't make good QBs and WRs materialize out of thin air.

We don't have them.

Mac has been a bust. And unless you draft those WRs, you're not going to find them. You can sign the best WRs in FA every year but the Algholors, Bournes, Jonnu Smith, Smith-Schusters aren't going to cut it. We need a real QB and WRs. Then we'll be "modern" NFL

This isn’t the Rhamondre I thought we’d be getting this year

Can Jones throw to the middle of the field?

And Mac is not a NFL QB.

He is an NFL QB. He just needs talent around him. He can’t carry an offense. He is just awful today.

Mac is trying to get hurt now oh boy.

“The Patriots are looking for someone.” No ****?

Lmao Jones. At least he was fearless there.

Lmao Mac tries to juke and just runs straight into a wall

show some balls and dive Mac

Cowardly play by Mac

Mac is him.

Slide, feet first Mac. WTF???

No attempt to evade on that Mac run into the defender short of first down.

Mac getting hit sticked is embarrassing.

Weak arm throwing off his back foot where have I seen that before??
