There have been no 13 loss teams in NFL history where QB was the sole reason why they lost 13 games. This team was not an exception. The roster stinks. The coaching was terrible.

This team got the worst QB play in the league. Clearly they win more games with adequate, average or good qb play.
Do they win today if the qb played well? Of course they do, and there are 6 other examples.

But it can’t get any worse honestly. BB has run this team into the ground for the last 5-6 years.

We finished 4-13, have no QB, have a terrible OL, no weapons on O and bad STs…all under Bill’s guidance.

You answered your own question: we have no QB. Teams with a sucky QB tend to, you know, suck.

And that’s what happens when you have to go find a QB, even a high draft pick.

I’m of the mind that a good QB and this year’s team is in the playoffs.

No coach is going to magically fix that canyon.

Because the reporters job causes inadvertent mayhem in the locker room . He has tried to keep those smarmy and for the most part arrogant hacks away from what he built.

BB: Disappointing end to the season. Felt we competed till the end. Couldn't make enough plays to win today. Disappointing year for all of us - players, coaches, staff, the whole organization. Not anything that any of us are content with. It is what it is.

That’s the smart view. If Bill realizes his age and his misfires as GM and accepts relinquishing the GM role, that would be the ideal solution.

He loves coaching. Stick to the job you love. Bring in another guy to be GM. Bill would still have significant leverage in decision making.

That is not how it works.

They're 4-13 because the standings say so. Standings don't lie. Teams don't lose 13 games because of 1 player. Teams lose 13 games because they suck.
