So all we know is, he can win multiple Super Bowls with a Hall of Fame quarterback and can’t really make the playoffs having one of the worst quarterbacks in the NFL as a starter.
Not sure that tells us much about him being a bad head coach without Brady. Bad GM maybe

My wife’s great aunt has a friend who heard from her sister whose son is a janitor at Patriot Place that the Krafts are considering Arizona’s (university not pro team) Jedd Fisch.

He’s young, a QB whisperer, is offensive minded, and has lots of various pro experience and college head coaching in his CV.

Fisch has worked under coaches who have won 11 Super Bowls — Bill Belichick (6), Mike Shanahan (3), Pete Carroll (1) and Brian Billick (1).

So, this was not the way I wanted to end the season. A disjointed effort vs the Jets, where the offense could find no rhythm at all. The Jets were much more methodical, whereas BoB was calling the most predictable offense and some really weird, off the wall dumb ass plays... what was that flea flicker in the 4th Q all about BoB??? Endemic of the season, i guess.

The next week or so should (will? i dunno) shake out what happens with the coaching staff. Im leaning 70/30 to a parting of the ways. This makes me a bit sad, as I would like BB to stay. However, he has not lived up to the expections he himself set for the franchise over the past two years. No matter, it is what it is.

We will have a strong draft pick - for a quarterback. The ones we have now aren't worth their salt. Zappe is a gamer, but really, is not starter material in this league. If he were to stay on here as a career back-up, I'd be fine with that. Mac Jones, however, he needs to go. Too many ghosts and demons for him to remain here. Hope he finds a better landing spot for him. I think he would work well with the dude in Los Angeles... whats his face... yeah him. the rams guy. Oh well, not my problem anymore as I cant see him staying in new england any longer.
