Another special teams penalty, Bill spends actual money on this and prioritizes it and uses draft capital on it and still gets outplayed by teams who spend their money on real talent and just throw minimum salary guys on special teams.
Especially considering the lawsuits for CTE etc. Penalizing guys faking big hits and injuries seems like it'd go a long way toward showing they actually care about safety and not just the image of safety.
