It’s beyond time to sit him down. I don’t care if Zappe isn’t better right away. He can’t really be much worse and maybe he will improve. At this point it’s obvious Mac will not.

I don't think it is time to sit him. He is passing down the middle. His feet are not dancing. Let's see how Mac progresses today and over the next few weeks. I am not hopeful, but Zappe and Grier are not an improvement.

Mac gives us the best shot at a qb upgrade next draft. Howell would’ve had us in the middle of the first. Chess v checkers.

Mac is the only option for the rest of the season, although it will likely be infuriating to watch.

Only guy he's ever been in sync with was Meyers. Haven't seen much of that with anybody so far in 2023.

I understand the feeling. I just don't know who's available who might better, and I feel bad about his ill-use this year, but it's honestly getting harder all the time to hold onto an optimistic take on the guy.
