Ironically if you are one of the most well managed teams in terms of cap, to some extend yes. But that concept would blow up the brains of the "cap is crap" crowd.

Although thr reason for Britts grievance isn’t mentioned, it has to be about his injury.

If that is true then there may be a major issue with the medical staff.

I'm not sure I would totally point the finger at the medical staff.

It seems to me each team has their own standard of what is "healthy" . For example, when GB cut Marty they deemed him unhealthy. The Patriots signed him and he "passed" their physical.

This season, the Pats cut Britt because he was too far behind preparing for the season.

I'm assuming Britt's claim is his bad wheel (which happened during TC) prohibited him from making the team and is arguing he should have been IR'd or offered an injury settlement.
