He might win the smythe even if they lose
I heard Clifton was the one sitting.1. I hope they sit Clifton and not Moore.
2. Gryz better have his head on a swivel; between Berube's statements in his interviews since G6 and the fact that Gryz is just coming off a concussion making him susceptible for another; he will have a target on his back.
i love this. lets go grizzly grzelcyk
OT GWG upcoming
not really. they have been bringing new guys in and out of the line all season and all playoff long. gryz is a big part of what the bruins do. he needs to play.game 6 lineups played so well...do you change it up?
interesting call
Bruins' Grzelcyk out of protocol, can play Game 7"He'll be a game-time decision," Cassidy said. "But looks like he'll go in."
Cassidy said rookie Connor Clifton would probably be bumped from the lineup if Grzelcyk goes in against the St. Louis Blues.
Most of my posts age very well. All of us have a few that don’t thoughwell you are certainly experienced in posts that don't age well
Lost in the euphoria of game 6: after 2-1/2 periods, all the Bs had to show for their "effort" was one 5-on-3 PP goal and one knuckle-ball goal from 60 ft away - the flukiest goal of the series that didn't hit another player or stick - of which Tim Wakefield himself would be proud.
NEITHER of those two events will happen tonight.
At least they managed to score 2! 5-on-5 goals, and all of Pasternak, Marchand, DeBrusk & Krecji extricated themselves from their collective 5-on-5 point schneid.
Still not a feckin peep offensively from Bergeron...and the Bs - especially their Dmen - are on their asses WAY too often.
Wasn't a fan of Kuhlman replacing Backes, especially when DeBrusk & Pasternak were playing much worse than Backes was; but you can't argue with success, and his goal in the 3rd period was a thing of absolute beauty.
If Grizzle dresses tonight, then he should be paired with Chara to help prevent some of the head-hunting that we All know is coming from Swamptown Berube & his dirty feckin goons.
McIvoy should then be paired with Moore who, though stouter than Clifton, still looks completely lost in his own end too often.
Game 6 was Rask's most impressive PO game EVER...and he'll need all of that tonight.
Yes because the Blues will be head hunting.game 6 lineups played so well...do you change it up?

It cracks me up to see these Blues fans whining about officiating. One man's "hard hitting team" is another man's "dirty team" but I am not going to argue that. I just can't see how anyone says the Blues have been sent to the penalty box unfairly this series. The Bruins had more power plays than STL in their 3 home games and STL had more power plays than Boston in 2 of their 3 home games (with the other STL home game being a tie in PP opportunities)."They can’t suspend you for game 8"

Gotta love the hypocrisy of sports fandom.. crying about Cassidy "whining" about the massive non-call that the entire NHL world was pissed about, but their coach didn't whine EARLY in the series about the amount of penalties they were rightfully receiving...
Not to mention, you know how your team plays, and seemingly encourage it, but don't realize there is a way to be physical and NOT dirty, and then there's the way the Blues operate.
tim thomas is in the house tonight and is on flag waving duty.LFG, Broooooons!
And is Tommy gonna wave that flag? Or will they show Big Papi from the ICU on the jumbotron?
