2017 . Trade Deadline . thread

Ebron who can't catch and is booed every time his name is mentioned at home games? You think Bill and Josh can fix him?

Butler will not get paid here I said it before we made our bed with Gilmore trading Butler for a defensive lineman or receiver makes sense.

I rather keep butler in the secondary. They could get a good defensive linemen with that 49ers second rounder or maybe trading our first rounder in 2018. I want dunlap. Could have him for two years at good money.

If you don't want this to happen just for the sheer thrill of watching this board completely melt down, you're a far better person than I am.

LOL... the "JG NOW" contingent will be nothing compared to petitions to sideline Brady every time the margin of victory is less than 14.

Oh God help me, it makes sense... the only qb in the league that everybody would know he's going to ride the pine behind.

For everyone wanting to get rid of Allen. You all realize he's an in-line blocker?

So when you mention wanting to trade Allen for Jimmy Graham. You do realize Jimmy Graham is a receiver? He can't block despite Seahawks stupidity of putting him in-line. Seahawks fans loathe Darrell Bevell for doing this.

I also saw trade for Allen for Ebron. My question to you all of you who want this. Can Ebron block?

Allen's blocking has been solid thru 7 games(haven't review the LAC game). I think we need to give him the whole season to see how he does. If you want to upgrade from Allen. You look at someone who can block and has some receiving skills. Such as Marty B. Jimmy Graham is not an upgrade to Dwayne Allen because they don't even play the same position.

And personally I wouldn't want to trade for that soft as **** receiver Jimmy Graham. He's not a tight end. Aqib Talib made Jimmy Graham his ***** in 2013 for a reason!

Dunlap would be a good fit for this team. Local kid from down here, got to meet him last month, much too big to be wearing skinny jeans lol

Hey guys, thanks for letting me join. Does anyone else thing the Patriots will trade Jemmy Garafino?

Ok so full disclosure - I posted this to make fun of people who still thought we'd trade Jimmy.

I honestly had no idea he'd been traded so it's rather hilarious to me that 1 minute later someone posted that he'd been traded.

That's freaking hilarious.

Funny...considering BB thought cunningham was the Florida DE who was a good fit for the team in 2010 despite Dunlap clearly showing he was the much better player at Florida. Ugh that move still drives me crazy. I have an article where urban meyer was watching film with BB and he was bragging to BB about Dunlap being a super stud. Meanwhile, BB ignores Meyer and begins asking about the Scrappy DE next to Dunlap...named jermaine cunningham. Meyer was trying to sell Dunlap on BB but all BB wanted to hear about was cunningham.

Still remember pats fans on this forum arguing me to death that dunlaps abilities in the 4-3 wouldn't be a fit here...while cunningham was the "harder worker, Less of a diva, more versatile to play in 3-4"......only thing I remember about cunningham was he could get to the QB but he was so weak he couldn't tackle the QB. Meanwhile Dunlap plays at a near all pro level.

It's a shame because the pats first two picks of 2010 netted mccourty and gronkowski ..so adding Dunlap with the 3rd pick would have gone down as perhaps the best draft of the decade for any team

I think they will use either their first or the SF puck for a high quality DL.
