Figured they would take a look at [Cobb]. Wouldn't mind adding him at all.

I'd rather have Bishop Sankey than Cobb.

Kline is what he is. Spot starter depth guy. Personally if Trey jackson comes back and Karras does an OK job at center in practice they might want to consider letting him go.

I would normally agree, but Kline is probably a better option for backup LG than either Jackson or Karras, which isn't saying much, at all.

Yeah, I liked him too. Probably lacked the ideal athleticism. Nice player to have on the PS hopefully.

I'm really surprised about this news; I thought he was competitive during the preseason. Did he get hurt at all in the 3rd preseason game? He didn't play against the Giants...right? If so maybe that has something to do with this decision.

yesterday combine stats of preseason games showed that
still it might be also the injury

Unsurprising. Never had him on my roster. Would be happy to see him on the PS, since he is scrappy and aggressive, but not sure if he ever makes the jump to NFL starter.

I have JJones staying - special teams ace and good developmental corner.

I see it as a good news ... LeBlanc has better chances to clear waivers than JJ. Plus JJ can contribute immediately as lightspeed gunner.
But will be sad if now JJ doesn't make it as well.

I agree that it may have to do with his injury...he may have a better chance to clear waivers and make it to the PS when healthy....
