Thanks for the link Miguel.

I recall the old CBA used to be available at the NFLPA site, but for whatever reason they took away access to the public for that a few years ago. The legalese can be a bit cumbersome to get through but it is a very valuable tool for NFL fans and media when looking for answers about not just the CBA, but other NFL topics as well.

The new CBA can now be found on NFLPlayers.com. Scroll all the way to the bottom and in tiny letters at the bottom, there is a link to "CBA" in blue.
The direct link is http://images.nflplayers.com/mediaResources/files/PDFs/General/2011_Final_CBA.pdf

AdamJT13 responded on another site that individual teams will have adjusted caps based on the difference (reconcilliation) between what they actually charged to 2009 cap and what they spent. As was the case under the old CBA. Hard to ever know that until the adjusted cap figures leak out since it often relates to contract details the media doesn't always possess or disclose. It's basically any difference between LTBE's that were not earned and NLTBE's that were. LTBE's added to late season extensions was the method teams used to push excess cap forward under the old CBA.

So, bottom line it's not likely the NEP are working off a salary cap of exactly $120.375M.
