I am going to bum out if chunkpony takes the alloted 2 days to make his pick...

Same here. If he picks in the next hour, I can make mine. Otherwise, it will be a case of having to wait until I get up tomorrow (0130 Eastern).

Whatever you slacker, you act like you live in England or something. Punk.

Maybe we should go ahead and vote for who pick #31 should be. I don't want to wait two days for a no show.

Both broadwayjoe and I sent one to him last night when he was logged on. Neither of us have got a response.

That's strange, it says he's logged on now, as well. We'll give him a little bit longer. If we ended up voting for him it would be somewhat strange to explain why his pick has been made for him, if he comes around before his deadline.

It occurs to me that he might not have PMs enabled and that he might not be keeping a close eye on this thread. Would it be possible for one of the mods to send him an email?

If it does come to a vote, I'll opt out, because there I have a vested interest in the Bears' pick.

Very noble.

I liked your poem. Very original.

If it comes down to a vote, my vote is Ben Grubbs, OG, Auburn?

The Bears O-line is getting up there, and they need someone to block for Ricky Williams Jr.

They could also use a new QB, but Stanton would be a reach. A quick homerun hitter at RB, but Irons/ Pittman would also be reaches there. A line backer, but again no value. Or finally, a safety.

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz:eat1: vote Grubbs also zzzzzzzzzzzzz

Their primary losses were at RB, LB, and DE. I vote Posluszny. Of course, I don't think we should vote on it. I think I'll post a thread calling him, which I'll delete afterwards.

Man guys, I am really sorry. I have been real busy with school lately, and haven't posted much.

man, I feel like the idiot that I was getting mad at last year.

Again, really sorry guys.

Plus, I kind of had April 15th pegged on my calendar, didn't realize that I could move up two whole days.

ok, thanks. that ought to help in future situations like this.

Anyway, I selected Patrick. He has the intelligence and the physical ability to be a primary safety blanket for (insert Bears QB name here) for years to come.

and don't worry, I KNOW I have another pick coming soon.
