I read this somewhere but I don't know if it is true.

Pats are 10-8 in playoffs against teams they faced in regular season. Pats are now 11-0 in playoffs against teams they did not face in regular season.

I believe this is Wilson's first loss to a team with a Super Bowl-winning QB; can't remember the number of wins but it's a pretty good number.

Also: Last three times Patriots have won season opener, they've gone on to win the Super Bowl (per Volin; '01, '03, '14).
