1st rd contracts

When the new CBA is finally implemented there is a chance that 1st rd draft picks will be under contract for 4 years. Then they will be Free Agents.

I wonder if there will be a shift in how teams draft. Will 1st rd picks be seniors that are ready to immediately step in and will underclassmen spend more time in school.

I don't forsee significant changes, certainly not until all the new rules are analyzed by agents and teams.
