The OC always gets criticized. Weiss and McDaniels were criticized for the same things. No one will ever be happy. Just accept the wins.

Why? I know he was over the top against McDaniels but I never noticed him getting personal with other posters but then again I am not on all the threads either.

Seriously? Did you not read his posts, particularly his consistent insult barrage at BCG or attacks on Robert weathers. The guys standard response to anyone disagreeing with him was a personal insult.

The hand wringing was just people who will rip the OC no matter who the OC is. They will be back to attack the next guy. Anyone with any knowledge of football could have critiques, but would agree McDaniels was one of the best OCs in the NFL.

BTW, Daboll wasn't a FA. He get's a promotion by taking the Giants HC job. That's why he's able to leave the Bills despite being under contract.

Bring back Tom Brady. He could start as QB coach under the new OC, Brian Hoyer.

That would be REALLY outside the box. And a surprising change of heart by Hoyer, who has said several times in the past he has no interest in coaching.

This is a mistake for Josh IMO for one reason. The city of Las Vegas.

The first year the Raiders moved both number one picks go bad. One of them despite being a Chief was arrested again this week , in Las Vegas.

It gets in rich young people's blood. It's almost impossible to prevent the influence.

I don’t think it was a coincidence that we used 2 TE sets the most in week 1, then we started hearing rumors of Smith having issues learning the offense, then Smith had the disaster game against the Saints, and then we barely saw him again the rest of the season outside of screens and sweeps. This isn’t a Patriots didn’t use him correctly problem, this is a Smith didn’t get it problem, and unfortunately he’s trending to be a major bust signing.

He can turn it around. They clearly saw him as on the verge of breaking out so a turnaround in year 2 isn’t crazy.
Also remember when he, Henry and the WRs were signed we didn’t know who the QB would be so his role could have changed from what was originally anticipated.
The wrong thing to do is play a guy you shouldn’t be playing because you don’t want to accept you were wrong

That has nothing to do with Anything that was posted. Again, Daboll wasn't a free agent. But he's allowed to interview with other teams for the HC positions because they'd be an upgrade.
