In My Mansion are Many Rooms...

It's a jock-imitation thing. The journos copy language they hear from the players to show what cool kids they are. And the players talk about "rooms" because they share a single meeting-room with a position coach (the quarterbacks, cornerbacks, tight ends or whatever).

Too obvious? Am I just showing that I don't appreciate humour?
No man, I was serious, it sounded like that's the idea. But I could see some groups having a "room," then it started to sound far-fetched with other groups. I mean, it sounded reasonable for some reason that the QBs would run off into their own little room. They have a lot of brain work you would not necessarily be on the field for... I guess everybody does.

So while we're doing this - do we just have a theory of this or is the room wherever the position coach says "okay guys let's get out of here, there's an empty room next door," and that's the free safeties room... or is there a room with "Free Safeties" on a little office-style nameplate next to the room... or something in between (a dedicated room, but without the comical Dunder-Mifflinization?)
If we’re talking about a receiver corpse, we’re pretty much talking about N’Keal Harry.

I don't often spend time in my mansion house, but when I do I hang in the QB room with Cam wearing my Rabbit Fur Coat.

"In his nuthouse there are many padded cells..."...fixed the thread title for everybody

Has anyone really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like?

What if room is an acronym?

A little metonymy between consenting adults never hurt anyone ...

Clarify yourself.
It's the same question you've been working so hard not to get all this time:

Why is it now popular to talk about each position having a room?

The conversation's going on all around you, I'd think you'd have picked it up by now, if not from the clear enough first post or two, then from the conversation that's followed.

None of these things have anything to do with the Scripture passage you lifted out of context. Unlike you, I have a valid point.

Ohhhhh you think this is bible study. Two doors down. Promising screen-name you have there, but it's disappointing to realize you only want to discuss what you think of as THE Word. You see, I've access to at least another 100,000 of them, and I enjoy them all.

Since you don't like this thread, go to another one. Since you don't like my allusion to the passage in question, if you cannot abide it hurting your eyes, put me on ignore. If that doesn't hide the offending title from your tender eyes, unfortunately your zeal has run up against the fact that others, too, have the right to express themselves, and to use the au courant expression, do not feel that they should be canceled for the benefit of your interpretation.

In a COVID world, are “rooms” replaced By “zooms”?

So, "That will make for some interesting dynamics in the Quarterbacks Zoom..."

I could see that.

Who’s the one that sits there naked scratching their balls. That’s the red flag guy you need to watch out for.
