Broncos announce Brock Osweiler to start this week vs. Bengals

Osweiler sucks. But we need the Broncos to beat the Bungles, and Osweiler sucks less than Manning. Assuming Manning is still the pick machine that he was earlier this season. But does it matter against AJ McCarron? And how can I actually root for the Broncos this week after rooting against them last week? And won't all this be moot if the Pats beat the Jets, and...

...excuse me... I need a cold compress, and to lie down in a dark room.

Just sit back and let it sort itself out. If the Patriots are worthy they will win it. Especially if healthy and the refs and league office keep their flags to themselves.

The truth is Cincy and Denver are both in the running for the 1 seed so you can't root for either. But as long as the pats beat the jets it doesn't matter.

AJM has no chance against the donkey's D. And the orange cats will be without Eifert. Broncos should win this one otherwise they have no business being in the playoffs.... oh wait...

TBH, I have to disagree, at least right now... Manning had one good game against GB, other than that he's been about as awful as you can be in this league. BO is the better option at the moment IMO.

Edit: disregard, screw up on my part.

I guess I'll have to root for Cincy to pull it out! Marvin Lewis + their QB situation = a early exit! The same thing can be said for Denver! I really don't care who gets the number 2 or number 1 seeds!

"Sucks less" = "better option", so I think you need to disagree to disagree

The Broncos will miss the playoffs if they lose their next 2 (assuming KC beats their 2 cupcake opponents)

Don't the Jets need to win vs NE and BUF for that to happen?

Mccarron is gonna struggle vs that defense. Gonna be a tight game. Broncos can win.

No, but the Chiefs and Pitt do. In that situation, the Chiefs would win the divsion, and Pitt would have the tie-breaker over the Broncos. Apparently, the Jets have some sort of tie-breaker over Denver.

EDIT: All this info is from the ESPN Playoff Machine, for what's it's worth.

But the Jets won't even tie the Broncos if they lose another game, right? This is assuming the Broncos only lose to CIN and beat SD

I'll give McCarron a punchers chance of winning.

Guy played on the biggest level in college in the sec where every game was a big game.

If anything it will be coaching and physical limitations that keep him down.

The Jets are 9-5, so I win and loss would give them 10 wins. The Broncos have 10 wins as it stands, so losing out would keep them there.

I'm confused that I think BO is the better option or "sucks less" than PM at the moment? No I'm pretty sure that's how I feel.
So you think BO is the better option even though he sucks more than Manning?
