Followed him when he was at Nebraska. Nice player but 2nd seems a little rich right?
 
The Pats need to isolate Jacas on Lomu in practice.

Lomu can help Jacas with his pass rush, and Jacas can help Lomu with his demeanor by beating up on him and pissing him off.

Synergy for the win!
 
This is what I’m talking about, for years ! Don’t trade down and miss on players, trade up and get the guys you want. We had 11 picks, we didn’t need more picks later on in the draft, we need good players we wanted by either trading up or drafting in your slot, not down.

By being aggressive, we got two excellent players in positions of need, OT and Edge. Love it.
 
Jacas at 55 is good value IMO. I didn't love him early in the 2nd... but later in the 2nd i can get behind it for sure. I think he will rotate this year start next year. Not bad at 55 at all.

Yeah, almost like their attempt at holding the Patriots hostage on a deal fell through when they went and drafted someone who's potentially already better.

The last time I was this enamored with a player that the Pats drafted was Teddy Beer. I was all about Jacas the 1st time I watched him, I could not be any happier right now. If they end up with Jordan Van den Berg as well I might actually cry happy tears. Best day eva, not really but it really emphasized my point

That's what the twit who conjured it thought. Trouble is, it's meaningless. Does he play down or standing up? Is he exclusively a pass rusher or three-downs guy? Does he drop in coverage? OLB or DE helps answer those questions.
 
We have a very good FO team, based on 2025 and 2026 to date. They identify players, evaluate well, and are aggressive and efficient at moving around the draft board.
