Wow, Burke at 79! I was hoping that we could get him with a 3rd but it looks like a 2nd, maybe a trade back into the 3rd will be needed. Basically, if we like him enough to draft him, we're given the choice of EDGE then RT or RT then EDGE as our first and second picks.

Also Keyron Crawford at 54. That sucks too.

The good thing, is that whichever direction we want to go at 31, the board lines up really well.

EDGE - Mesidor, Parker, Lawrence, Young, (with Jacas, Thomas and Howell a little further back)

RT - Miller, Iheanachor

LB - Rodriguez

All within easy reach of 31.

I knew those 2 would get your attention. d%#*!@t.

Ugh!

Stribling has a 2nd-3rd round grade.

Colbie Young a 4th - 5th.

Skyler Bell with a 4th though which is good.

1. Will Kacmarek with a 4th round grade. Ugh.

2. We don't need a center but the 3rd round is the sweet spot. Brugler has 5 (Slaughter, Hecht, Jones, Lew, Zuhn) all with a 3rd-4th grade.

3. If we want a Tonga replacement, Tim Keenan from 'Bama (6-7 round grade) or Dontay Corleone (7-UDFA) line up really nicely in terms of value. Keenan had a bit of a down year comparitively, but in '24 had a 90 run defense grade. The godfather has 4 straight years of excellent run defense grades.

4. Taurean York and Deontae Lawson are both 6-7 round grades. Interesting value at that point. Rolder is a 4th, Jefferson a 5th-6th.

What about Jeff Caldwell?? He more than looks the part also Sturdivant. This Class have some Big WR's who kind of underperformed in College.

IF we come away with that Cmac Clone Swiss army knife Navy kid I'd be very happy.

Caldwell has a 5th-6th round grade as does your other guy Cyrus Allen.

5th round grade

IF that's the case both Chris Bell and Ted Hurst are possible First Rounders now.

April fools better than him will probably go later.

This is, by far, the largest draft guide that Brugler had done.. The number in parentheses is the number of prospects with detailed profiles.

99 QBs (20)
213 RB (28)
380 WR (55)
156 TE (33)
146 OT (30)
159 OG (30)
78 OC (15)
270 Edge Rushers (46)
249 DTs (40)
243 LBs (35)
318 CBs (42)
271 S (28)

40 Kickers
40 Punters
48 Long Snappers

2710 prospects - 402 detailed profiles..

IF that's the case both Chris Bell and Ted Hurst are possible First Rounders now.
Brugler has a solid 2nd on Bell and solid 3rd on Hurst. Could be that you're over-valuing them..

Brugler on Keyron Crawford

  • Motor is always revving; describes his play style as a “Rottweiler or bulldog — something that is going to bite you.”
  • High-character person and player (NFL scout: “You always see him working, but the coaches say he does even more when people aren’t watching.”)
