The guys talked to Fred Kirsch a few minutes ago. Here's the full interview:

Sounds like there will be another Forged in Foxboro series in 2026, and potentially in 2027.

LOL, I don't know why he does that. I edit and post it for them. That's the extent of my "brought to you by ... " We have like 300-ish YouTube followers. Not exactly that exciting.

Everybody starts somewhere, Ian

Great to hear about more FIF! It's amazing content, especially the episodes that come out before the games start.

LOL, very true. Haven't been able to force myself on camera or any of that, and I'm just supporting those guys and letting them do their thing. Both of my kids are pushing me to, but behind the keyboard is sort of where I've quietly lived for the past however many years. We'll see if someday I can get with the program, but I haven't gotten there quite yet.

Agree with you on this. Looking forward to seeing more of what we saw this year next season and - from what he said - potentially beyond.

I hear ya. I'm on camera for work plenty but something about being on camera as an "on-screen persona" doesn't feel right lol

I started watching the unfiltered show on youtube daily after an early season episode where Paul Perillo turned purple and went off on all the others. Little did I know this was a feature, not a bug and thats just how he is. I wouyl dnever have guessed based on his writing for the unfiltered mailbag. He always seemes so sensible. They became a companion on an epic journey. Reminded me how much I still care.

It would be cool for the 2027 FIF to be at least partly a behind the scenes look at the production of Hard Knocks. Not just to give the team a chance to adjust the spin if necessary, but also as a view of how it’s made. Seems to me there would be a lot of fun angles to play with the two productions going on at the same time…

Ahhh .. yeah,ok... : looksaround:

If you want to go viral the next interview guest should be TreVeyon Henderson discussing his recent social media posts.

The weirdest thing about listening to PFW/PU for all these years is I feel like I know them. Hearing about their kids being born and now going to college, Paul's never-ending car issues, Erik and his book, art, and trips. I started listening to PFW in Progress in high school and I'm now pushing 40 with a wife and kid.

Getting on camera could be that spark that pushes a bunch of traffic here…just sayin’.

Yeah... & please include a couple minutes parody segment for FIF/Patsfans.com, basically the Hard Knocks of making Hard Knocks every year. The pressure of their upcoming appearance for a podcast to be streamed by 300 Youtube followers and a website with untold dozens more. Someone representing Patsfans chewing them all out in a classroom, then saying "Let's go eat a goddam snack." So many possibilities!
