QB Rankings??? Those look like CBs to me..
Both. He's just a good football player. Tackles very well, tight well disciplined coverage. Jeremiah Smith was the only receiver to get a 20 yard plus reception on him.
He's under 5'9" with sub 30" arms. That's it. There's plenty talking about him being CB1 if he was 6'.
