Prop bet for Over/Under is 4.5 wins. This guy has him beating all of at UVA, NC State, and at Duke. I can see one of those being a W, not all 3. 6 wins get them to a bowl. I'd see max W at 5 with some breaks going UNC's way.

Wonder what the excuses will be from Bill when he misses out on going to a bowl and another losing season.
