Reading comprehension isn't your thing. Bruschi suffered a stroke in February of 2005.
By the way, they signed Colvin in 2003 who later suffered a major hip injury. He was never the same and was not a coverage LB.
17-0 in 2007? They played 16 games in 2007 and were 18-0 by the time they were in the Super Bowl. But I thought you were right about everything?
From the Patriots website:
"The Patriots could use one of their two first round selections in the upcoming draft on a linebacker. Starters Tedy Bruschi, Rosevelt Colvin and Mike Vrabel will all be over the age of 30 when next season starts.
The Colts really exposed the Patriots lack of speed in the middle of the field during the AFC Championship Game, so that's something that really needs to be addressed.
Now that the offseason is officially upon us, it's time to start looking ahead to next year. The Patriots have some holes that need to be filled on their roster but they also have two first round draft picks and plenty of cap room.

Come back when you have a real rebuttal. This is getting embarrassing.
