JETS SUCK 2025 EDITION (OFFICIAL): DIVINE INTERVENTION DENIED

How messed-up does a guy have to be to get THAT messed-up? The stank really did a number on Sanchez's brain.
TBF, those are allegations in a civil suit, not evidence in a criminal suit. Also, the sources are the notoriously reliable NYPost and Daily Mail.

The source of those allegations is the plaintiff's attorney, the papers are just reporting what he stated on the record. But you've got to wonder if toxicology tests were done on Sanchez in the hospital and if the lawyer has them.

One comment in that thread says trauma centers routinely do drug screens, per recommendation of their accrediting body. That makes sense to me. It would be very bad practice to administer any medication without knowing if the patient were already on any substance that might interact badly. Or to not administer any medication that might help to control the effects of something the patient was on that was causing problems. Either would be a slam dunk malpractice judgment.

I just read this on another forums talk of the greatest qb's of all time. Thought it was worth sharing here:

"Namath is the undisputed GOAT because look what utter garbage that franchise has become without him."

As soon as i saw this i knew it would be fertile ground for the jest suck thread, i wasn't disappointed.
Right off the bat this came up....

Glenn said he has a "superpower." He's going to unleash it in 2026.
To me, play calling is my superpower … I really missed doing that & I think it’s a huge part of helping us become the team that I see us becoming

I'm sure he hasn't lost his super power to suck.

4 takeaways from Jets head coach Aaron Glenn at the 2026 NFL combine

They are going to fire Glenn after 6 losses and promote Reich.

I really dont see the jets winning 9 games for a couple of years.

Maybe 3 next year and 5 the year after that.

Sounding like the Jets are interested in Kyler Murray and Jacoby Brissett atm

I even saw NBC sports was speculating about a trade with NO for Carr - we can only hope!

They have a new GM, that always provides hope.

The guy who thought Fields was a starting QB deserved to be fired.

You just reminded me of Dantes Inferno ..."abandon all hope ye who enters here"

Abandon all hope, ye who enter here" is the famous, ominous inscription found above the gates of Hell in Dante Alighieri’s Inferno (Canto 3, line 9), signaling the point of no return. It represents eternal, hopeless torment for the damned, frequently used to describe entering

Its the same for the Jests, abandon all hope, your doomed to suck eternally once you enter the gates of the jete offices

Poor ownership, it starts at the top and trickles down.

I'm pretty sure that WAS the owner!

That being said, I think the smarter move for the Jets rather than Murray or Carr would be to offer a 3rd rounder for Mac Jones as a much cheaper stopgap QB with more upside than any of the others mentioned. They can add another year to his contract and have him overlap with whatever QB they draft next year when there may be more/better QBs available.

If it was the owner, the GM paid the ultimate price for it and lost his job.

Ooof, no need to trade for Mac. If the goal is to find a vet bridge QB you can grab one off the open market. I wouldn’t waste a draft pick. Sign Joe Flacco or Gardner Minshew and draft the future guy.

Yes!

When healthy, Tagovailoa was one of the most productive quarterbacks in the league, leading the NFL in passing in 2023 with 4,624 yards.

But he has suffered numerous concussions and may be one hit away from a career-ending injury, which is why so many teams are reluctant to pursue him.

Still, he may be worth it if he ends up with the right team and in the right system

Clearly da Jete are the right team for Tua!

Maybe this will be the nudge Tua needs to put his health first and retire from football. After what he has been through and the money he has made, I wouldn't be eager to get the crap kicked out of me with no chance of competing for the Super Bowl.
Yes, signing for $$$$ with the Jets, getting a nagging injury in training camp, and ending up as the backup would be the perfect retirement strategy.
