The argument would be that the Rams losses were Eagles (playoff team), 49'ers (playoff team), Seahawks (playoff team), Panthers (playoff team) and Falcons.

It's not that different. They played more playoff teams and they split with the two playoff teams in their division (we only had 1 with the Bills).

I don't care about the schedule. It's a weak argument. It's never used and really doesn't capture the value Drake provides to this team.

Without him the Patriots half 8 wins tops. That's what value is and that's why he's the MVP baby.
 
 
Vrabel is the best coach in the NFL, 2nd time he’s won. Great job by him this year, one more win Vrabes, go get it !

I'd love to know how Vrabel can be coach if the year and these same voters vote against Maye when they both accomplished the exact same thing.
 
This makes me think that Maye might win OPOY, with the AP voters saying "Well, we want to reverse the logic we used last year to give the award to Stafford," so they may have decided to split the baby and give Maye OPOY.
