I am afraid something like this will happen. I would too love to see the tape so all folks can see what is going on with this issue.
My gut feeling is that is it not a bit issue, but time will tell.

For me and from what I see from the facts known, this is much to do about nothing. If indeed it was being used for a video, it is basically fair use of material. True it is against the rules but really only if you use or try it as the rules prohibited and that doesn't appear to be the case

What gets lost in what Pete Carroll did was he was trying to run three plays with one timeout and burn the clock down so the Pats do not get another possession or with basically no time on the clock.
