I've never been in an NFL locker room. But I've played a lot of sports. And sports typically brings a team together regardless of upbringing, skin color, religion etc. I don't hear a lot of NFL players talking about racism in NFL locker rooms
Of course we will see our teammate's or player's skin color, but with good teammates on good teams, we quickly get past that and are focused on working together, building a bond, and getting better together to have the best team possible. And making the locker room look like society is normally...

Hopefully Mayo just said all that to cater to the woke NFL office, corporate advertisers and media. To keep them off his back if he has hard times next year. They like to hear that stuff. But it's concerning how much he went into it and tied it to how his locker room was going to be.
