That's a great idea... how about 10 bucks per week he goes unsigned, with a minimum of 50 bucks. Someone will need to remind me where to donate though.

He's cleared waivers according to Reiss, so maybe someone will pick him up now that they can sign him to the contract they want as opposed to his Patriots contract. I'm sure someone will take a chance with him-especially at a low risk salary number.

Jackson has a tryout w/the Raiders according to ESPN.

That seems like the most likely scenario to me. I don't think no one wants him, they just don't want him at his rookie contract. I will pay everyone on this site a dollar if he never signs with anyone the whole year.

disclaimer: I will not actually pay everyone a dollar, that would be stupid and impractical.

Termination pay is for vested veterans. Jackson is not a vested veteran.

Supposably he already met with the Steelers too although he supposably didn't turn off his cell phone and it rang multiple times during the interview according to PFT.

Apparently even WR desperate teams didn't trip over themselves to snag him off the waiver-wire, huh?

He did not do himself any favors with the prima donna attitude he displayed in pre-draft interviews. Unsubstantiated rumors had him acting like quite the princess, some teams took him off their boards immediately after his interview.

I think Florio was talking about Jacksons pre-draft meeting with the Steelers in '06.

As an official CJ is going to be a bust official card carrying member. I still have always felt that he could possibly have success in a different system. I hope he latches on with someone and has a good career, he was just never going to work here.

he has zero value on special teams, thats why he was cut, that and the fact he can't get open or catch a football.
