I've seen him listed as a safety twice now in camp. It wouldn't surprise me, too. If you consider Ventrone and Slater to be WRs, then the Pats only have Meriweather and Dillard as safety backups.

You would also have to consider Tank a LBer or are you saying with Harrison on the PUP we only have Merriweather as backup?
