Another whining thread, but this time from an article - just STFU and move on.

Cmon, be nice. Maybe this was stuck in his outbox for 4 months.

Ugh. Just what I wanted in July, more SB coverage.

I thought that was a fun read.
This team just got caught with their
pants down in that game.

As someone else said, at this point, what is the point?

Why are Bob George's "columns" associated with this web site? :blahblah::blahblah::blahblah:

We're 16 days away from the start of training camp. Time to focus on this year. Although I am excited to read his column next week debating whether Goodell handled the destruction of the videotapes of signal from Spygate I properly.

WOW . I thought we moved on from this .. All the stages of depression have been passed .. Now this **** again .. :banned:

When I saw this thread title, I assumed that I had either (a) fallen into a time warp and it was February 8th again or (b) that someone had replied to a an old thread five months late.

Haven't we beaten this horse to death and pursued it into horsey heaven where we beat it up some more?

OK, the author's comment that "The Giants brought more intensity to the game than the Patriots did, and the Patriots paid for it in the worst way possible" is as good an explanation as any for the loss.

That said, what about Gisele on the cover of GQ? How about dem Red Sox--think they can catch the Rays and bury the Yanks in third place? What's the weather on the Cape this weekend?....

Maybe Bob was on the exact same wave length that I am on. Finally, after having gone to the desert in Feb, it was not until just last weekend that I went back and read the archived day after stories in the Globe & Patriot websites.

Maybe it is because I am finally healed (although I need a SB win and I need it soon to totally heal) or totally sick of baseball already, that I felt the need to go back and read the reactions after having not seen, heard or read them previously.

Fact is, this makes three years in a row that our final game ended in misery (Denver>Indy>AZ) (as all but 31 teams do), but the way our last three season have ended, it is time to get back to saving the best , their very best for last.

In order to rise to the best dynasty that ever was - it will take two more SB Championships - are they up for it? Can they do it? I put my trust in BB & Brady & Co and say YES.

I like how people talk about "having moved on" but then post on the topic. If you've moved on, dont even respond to the thread.

I havent moved on, and neither have you...it was the the worst lose in sports...ever...and everytime i think about it (like everyday) I feel sick to my stomach...yea, thats moving on.

I heard the Red Sox traded away Babe Ruth. Can someone confirm this?

The worst loss in Boston sports history was the 86 series with the Mets...not even close

Maybe the Pats just got beaten by a better team?

LOL Nah...that would be too easy. The better team always wins or nearly inexplicably allows the lesser team to. Just ask the Rams, they are still stickin' to that story. In fact they now think they got cheated into losing because how else could an upstart have beaten the greatest show on turf? It couldn't possibly have been the same way a relatively dysfunctional Giants team beat the most prolific offense in the history of the league the second time around...better depth and execution on defense all night long and better execution on a nearly nameless offense down the stretch?

Whaaaaaaaaaaa...

The team has moved on and so have I. Hopefully having survived the worst thing that will ever befall any of us. If in fact it was, consider yourself lucky...as both a fan and a human being. I've personally experienced lots worse, on and off my TV...

I've moved on from it. I even looked at the box score on the game from my fantasy magazine (while shaking my head).
