Steph Curry chokes

I think the most telling aspect of this entire thread is that one poster is defending himself against everyone, and defending quite poorly.

This is a baseless post, and Curry was the reason why Davidson was there in the first place. They knocked off Georgetown and Wisconsin, two of the top teams in the country because of his play, and they took a #1 seed right to the end.

Bravo, Stephen

The media was hyping this kid up to be something great, when in reality he was just another fluke. Glad to see him exit the tournament, as he was quickly becoming P.Manning of NCAA with all the media hype surrounding, in a choke fashion. Bricks and airballs, and turnovers to cement his "Big Time Performances":bricks:

get a life clown. leave this kid alone. if not for this kid, davidson wouldnt even had made their conference tournament, nevermind the elite eight in the ncaa tournament.

Your parents CHOKED.....

When they had YOU......

Couldn't agree with the original poster more. Steph was no show when it was showtime. He choked when the scene called for one of his media infautauted fluke performances. Bring him to tha NBA so he can see how its done...oh wait, he won't even make it.

Well we aren't talking about the NBA, we're talking about college basketball. You don't carry your 10th rank team almost to the final four if you are overrated. I suppose JJ Reddick was overrated in college because he doesn't translate to the NBA. It's a different game. And last I checked he wasn't the one who missed the would-be game winning shot. But keep hating on a Sophomore who had an incredible year and showed poise and leadership that you could only dream of. Anyone who thinks he choked should go choke themselves as they shouldn't be sharing my oxygen.

This thread is so bad it brought out the Denver Nugget Trolls.

You're way off base ... he had a whole team on him and for the most part it was him and Love vs that huge Kansas team ... kid's got game ... you have none JR.

Exactly he scored like 28 points with someone constantly defending him, and sometimes having at least a double team on him. The only people who choked played on Kansas.

I've never seen so many people respond so forcefully and harshly to one poster. The people have spoken.

I will criticize him for going by a dumb name - Steph - talk about a girlie sounding name. Ick.

I think Jr. is dead, guys.

Good riddance. Wasn't he the 13 year old who kept saying, "we suck, game over! i am through with this game" in several of the game threads when the Pats weren't kicking the other teams ass? Then he'd come running back apologizing when the Pats regained the lead.

Steph Curry cost Davidson the game with all his airballs and turnovers, and lack of execution in the clutch. He failed to lead his team to victory when it mattered the most and was overrated all along.

You failed your dog's dong Jr ... get back in there and work it some more.
