He's an Older Prospect though: he's almost 27 already in year 2 yikes. That said I wish him continued success.

With the CTE information coming out: not that it will make much of a difference *given the nature of the sport*. The NFL should Ban! those Thursday night Amazon Prime Games. The Turnaround is too close for such a violent game.

I forget who told the story, but during a practice scrimmage in 2001 TB12 called out a play. Vrabel was up on the line and said something to the effect, "That play has no f-ing chance!". Tom responded with a "F-you" and sure enough it got blown up. Tom ran it again. Called different formations, etc. Blown up again and again. Vrabes is just up in Tom's butt. The two talked trash and barked at each other for the remainder of the practice.

The next day, Tom pulled Vrabes aside and asked him how he knew the play would fail and what would work. Vrabes found a whiteboard and he drew it up. IIRC that Sunday the opponent ran that D and Tom beat it for a 19 yard gain or something.
