Because you can’t explain why the Patriots extended a bunch of resources to get Brown and Doubs when they already had better receivers in Boutte and Hollins due to “efficiency.”

Brown is head and shoulders better than any of them, albeit aging and perhaps with a knee concern.

I thought last season Boutte had a better season than Doubs.
