What? This is the RS Forum bruh. The Patsfans Draft forum?
I was stunned into silence. We normally go to a friend's house for a Super Bowl party and have for 30 years . Steeler fan/Eagles fan/ me the Pats fan and a Cowboys fan ( poor bastard) That year we stayed home as I thought it would be a repeat of the 1986 drubbing. When it went thru the uprights, I sat there looking at the TV trying to comprehend the words ," Patriots are Super Bowl Champs" having lived thru the Holovak, McPherson years, Fairbanks debacle, Parcells checking out,Sullivan clown-show and the son getting punched out, Victor Kiam, a threatened move to Hartford, and the Lisa Olson embarrassment it was hard to believe that they were at the pinnacle and would be in serious contention for the next 20 years as well.Wow, that’s bad man.
I didn’t have it quite that bad, but I will admit that in the tuck rule game, when it seems like the Pats might’ve lost the ball, it just felt like oh well, this is now as it should be, it was a feeling we were so used to.
And as I’ve said before, when the kick in the Super Bowl went through the uprights I very nearly blacked out, and I’m not even kidding.
04 Red Sox won 27 of 32 in Aug/Sept. That was the hottest Sox team I've ever seenThese guys can't lose! About to pass the Yankees and the Rays with the division lead are in sight. Just remarkable.
Yeah but the patsfans grittiness is due to poor personal hygieneThe Patsfans Draft forum?
No time to shower when you're grinding tape. At least that's my excuse.Yeah but the patsfans grittiness is due to poor personal hygiene
Wasn't that when they fired McNamara around the All star game and then the team won 12 in a row and 7 in a row?1988 Sox won 19 of 20.

ESPN is reporting it is the first time a team ever scored in 5 consecutive innings from 9th inning on.The White Sox did everything they could. But the Sox are amazing. Virtually every time the opponent scores, we answer
No, that's One Flew over the ****oos Nest. The Patsfans Draft forum?
That’s the one. I’m pretty sure no team has ever had two separate 15 game winning streaks in a season, let’s do thatWasn't that when they fired McNamara around the All star game and then the team won 12 in a row and 7 in a row?

I had a similar experience. Someone said to me "you got all that Red Sox blood in your veins. You gotta get that **** out."Wow, that’s bad man.
