I think Jacas was at the rookie mini camp but not the voluntary OTAs.He was there. Didn’t participate on the field.

You too… I’m not, but only mentally. Okay & I effed up my kneeI hope you are well. I love singing and signing.
Do you mean like Gonzo has already done?naaah
He isn't going to risk injury until a decision is made with regard to contract.
Not a word in the history that he signed a contract.Gabe Jacas Contract Details, Salary Cap Charges, Bonus Money, and Contract History | Over The Cap

At rookie minicamp. I have seen no mention that he was present for OTAs
I think Kayshon Boutte can post Romeo Doubs stats or better if fully healthy.I think Boutte has real value. He's not a JAG - he's made himself into a solid player. His ceiling may not be much higher, but I would be pissed if we dump him for chump change.
The problem is (1) playing time and (2) contract extension. He likely wants more of both than the Pats can give him.
I'd trade him if the Pats can get real value in return to meet another need. Otherwise, someone else can overpay him in 2027 and we might get a comp pick.
I agree if there's a draft pick involved that's as good as it gets for a guy on the last year of his contract.I agree completely but a player swap is probably a wet dream on a fan website. Reastically a 5th or 6th rounder.
I am not sure if we have leverage. However, if the Pats are offering Gonzo a fair contract, he is taking a risk by not signing an extension. He could tear an ACL and never be the same player. I wouldn't even consider paying him top defensive player in the league money.I don't see us having much leverage with Gonzo. He is going to want to be paid like the top CB in the league and deserves to be. As long as its an extension and we can still max out the length of his rookie deal. Just hope he isn't looking to be the top paid defensive player in the league.
I want to see if AJ can put a move on him like he did Gonzo's Rookie year.Showing up and not partcipating or going through the motions is like not being present at all.
Gonzo has 2 years remaining on his original contract.
Agreed, usually it’s around 10am eastern I believe. Why so late Arrgh!
