That would be the ideal situation for Drake and Diggs. Diggs will be more effective with the attention going to Brown. Hopefully Doubs can be a solid #2 on the outside. Pats would be a popular pick to return to the Super Bowl if these two transactions go down.Could you imagine a lineup of AJ, Diggs, Doubs, Williams and Hollins along with Henry and Raridon (if he becomes serviceable)?

It sounds good to us fans but with only one football available, satisfying egos could become an issue.
I’d rather see Hill turn out to be a good receiver and have him in there in place of Henry.Could you imagine a lineup of AJ, Diggs, Doubs, Williams and Hollins along with Henry and Raridon (if he becomes serviceable)?
That’s 13 playersI’d rather see Hill turn out to be a good receiver and have him in there in place of Henry.
Although I’m not sure I want to see a lineup of AJ, Diggs, Doubs, Williams and Hollins along with two TEs, 5 OL and a QB. That’s not going to gain ground…
Exactly what I've been thinking. It sounds good to us fans but with only one football available, satisfying egos could become an issue.

I believe it was Vince Lombardi who often said, "Winning is not a sometime thing; it's a passing the ball all the time thing... Winning is a Hail Mary. Unfortunately, so is losing by running the ball. The difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge, but rather in a lack of will, and we will throw the ball. Now, pass me another cannoli."It sounds good to us fans but with only one football available, satisfying egos could become an issue.
I'm starting to believe post June 1 Diggs could return.. Becuase a few things.. Wolf said the doors open for his return.. Diggs has spoken glowingy about the organization and keeps in touch with current players.. I'll go ahead and say it.. he's coming back.. now you have AJ, Doubs, Diggs, Williams.. sadly I think Boutte is going to be traded somewhere. That would be the ideal situation for Drake and Diggs. -does Diggs face any league discipline, even though the courts have spoken in his favor? No.
-is Diggs plan B only if a Brown deal falls apart? Probably.
-Diggs at what dollar amount? if the Chiefs offer Diggs $15m + incentives, are you matching, if Brown is on the roster? Don't care.
-we heard the Chiefs were in on Jennings this week, will the Chiefs be in on Brown (and Diggs)? Don't care.
From what I remember from some reports at the very start of FA is the team wanted to have both AJ and Diggs.. also Wolf stated the door is open for a return on Stef..-does DIggs face any league discipline, even though the courts have spoken in his favor?

Id prefer the long term plan of AJ, Doubs, Williams Hollins and Boutee.

I think THAT is going to be the WR room for this season. I'm beginning to believe that for this season we will only carry 5 WR's on the roster. Think about it. In all likelihood we will carry 4 TE's plus 2 FB's. Why do we need 6 WR's when we will likely be in 2 TE's and a FB 30 to 40% of the time or more.
That being said we will probably keep at least 3 WRs on the PS for protection against injuries and practice purposes, but I only see 5 getting to the 53.
