If there is eventually indisputable proof that Vrabel had an affair, he can easily end any issues with one team meeting by taking responsibility, telling the team he let them down, etc.

If there was a history of players being cut at the very mention of infidelity, then Vrabel would have a much bigger problem on his hands. That isn't the case.

I agree and don't think the players are going to judge him too harshly. My concern is the distraction this whole thing could potentially cause on the homefront, which could easily spill over to work.

I don't expect it to happen but I certainly see it as possible.

He addresses the team truthfully one way or the other. If he did something then being honest and genuine go a long way for people that are liked. That team loves him and for what he has done as far as the family and having fun atmosphere. That’s rare in Pro sports. A coach that puts them in favorable roles and good coaching which makes their price go up for their future
He has coached by allowing 2nd chances. I think they will still run through a wall for him.
