Can't believe the Jets got Fitzpatrick and also Tua on a vet minimum contract all for a 7th round pick!

Honestly good for them. They both kinda suck, but they're a **** ton better than what they had.

now only if they had a cb to solidify that secondary....

meanwhile, in Indy...

They can draft one who doesn't suck with one of their million first round picks they have.

(Theoretically. it is the Jete, after all)

Thats pretty good for the jets to be honest. Still an expensive contract for minkah but he’s about due for his one great year every 4 years so they might get one

It's like. almost half of what he was making last year.

That's a good signing for the Jets. Unfortunately, the Jets have the cap space and PREMIUM draft picks that they are absolutely going to "win" the off season. Now whether that translates into wins on the field is another story, they ARE the Jete, of course, but like it or not, they will have a LOT of good things to talk about this off season

How many times do we need to watch the same movie to know the ending?

These “great” moves will turn them from a 3 win team into a 5 win one.

I thought his last contract was 4 years 72 mill or something like that but it could have been 2 contracts ago

Last contract was a 2yr extension with 3 void years done by Miami when he was traded back there.

Nice, they extend him and traded him for a 7th less than a year later LOL

That's a far cry from what he was making.

And $40M could be $2M cash and the rest in "bonuses" / "guarantees" for all we know.

Mediots just say whatever the agent wants them to say.

They're a bunch of whores behind keyboards, says I.

Yep, just good enough to ruin their draft position.

Say what you want about MIA, but when they tank, they tank.

Da Jete are all about the cycle of suck.

This is my favourite Jets stat.

I like to point out that the Jete run of futility has lasted longer than empires.

So, I'll also take the time to point out that Archduke Ferdinand of the Austro-Hungarian empire has as many interceptions as the Jete in 2025.
