Let's not whistle past the bad weather graveyard and Maye as well. Rain, snow etc and he struggles. Small hands might have something to do with that as well.

I think alot of these problems are going to resolve when they get him real help.

Look what he did with the corpse of diggs and bums like Douglas and boutte.

Hollins was ok but he's not world class.

It's not recency bias either. They don't have real offensive talent. Drake elevated them all.

I actually think its a good thing he followed suit today in a way lol. It means his playoff problems weren't just about weather. It was quality of opponents and maybe just the stage too. Which can be remedied with experience. The kids only 23. He has his entire career in front of him. Plenty of room to grow. ****, it took Darnold 5 seasons just to get to his current form. And he sucks!

My only thought for why it might make sense is if he knows he’d say something stupid and regret it later: “Coaching staff put me in a bad spot” or something like that.

We have an ageing team and performance will dip. We need to take some risky moves like getting a new rt , center and left guard.

Get new tight ends and possibly get younger at wr with Alec Pierce instead of diggs and find a slot receiver.

I love the idea of the Pats signing Alec Pierce, TE Isaiah Likely, and WR Rashid Shaheed. Shaheed gives the offense some much needed speed, as well as he’s a really good kick returner. Marcus Jones as your punt returner and Shaheed as your kick returner. Pierce is a big receiver with great speed. Had 1000 yards receiving with only 47 catches, averaged 21.3 yards a catch last year. Gives Maye a true deep threat to threaten defenses.

My opinion is as long as he isnt required to do it, let him be. You guys act like we were all the beacon of integrity and accountability in our early 20s. Sitting here behind your keyboards calling someone who doesnt wanna take questions weak and a ***** is one of the saddest things I've seen. And I just watched the Patriots SB LX offense. I know sad.

that was disgusting to watch. the only two playoff games during the dynasty that felt that hopeless were 2009 vs BAL and 2013 vs DEN

they need to figure out what to do about Campbell. I don’t know if it was the injury, but he was ****ing AWFUL in the playoffs

I think the way Drake plays there's a much bigger need a big play true number one receiver that draws double coverage.

You can't ask this guy to be Brady and take a bunch of jags and surgically drive them down the field 7 yards a clip, Drake is a much more of a gunsliger who is going to be more erratic but has the ability to make 3-4-5 huge plays that turn a mediocre game into 300 yards and 3 TDs and nearly 30 points.

We need to adjust the personnel to his skillset more.

That wasn’t ever going to happen. It should’ve been apparent since the Chargers and Broncos game.

This team played on borrowed time. Maye forgot about that he has the ability to run with the ball instead of getting sacked behind a wall of 300+ lb men.

Just a bad day to have a bad day all season. Maye is going to shoulder the most of the responsiblity as he should but they all played bad on offense. Maye just became jumpy after the hits and missed some throws. Josh i wish has tried something different like a 2 min mode . Throwing on 3rd and 1 and then not going for 4th and 1. Not going for two after the first TD. They were all off today and got spooked by the first quarter.

Next year will be a much tougher road than this year,

Maybe that will benefit them. I didnt care for or pay much attention to the weak schedule talk but it is true, they never had a lot of character building challenges on the lead up this SB IMO.

There was a point this year where Campbell was statistically one of the best lineman in the league. Everything since his return from injury has been a total flip of the switch and I'm not sure whether it's prudent to chalk it up to coming back too early or if it's just better defenses really having his number.

Then why continue to keep him at LT knowing how bad he was at the position? Was there truly nobody else that was better?

The Seahawks were projected to be the better team and they clearly proved it. Not like we got upset or made a heart breaking play or two that lost it for us.

Not a tough one to swallow unlike some of the others.

Our defense is better. They just have the better kicker, oline and wide receivers.

Matt Stafford almost beat these frauds.

Nah, he got hurt along the way. I suspect Dr. Chao got tipped that Maye was hurt. I think we just did not report it until it came out. He took too much hit this year. Either get Campbell to guard or completely off this team. Every defense is smelling blood. He was Seattle’s favorite player. No way Lowe will have been worse. Love Vrabel but he can be at times too loyal to his guys. Today was a case to bench Campbell.

The rams didn't have the defense that could make the Patriots struggle.

We could run up points on them and I believe our defense would have kept them in check.

I think we will still win a majority of our games next season but I agree a few tough contests that require a comeback will build this team's gumption.

The rams didn't have the defense that could make the Patriots struggle.

We could run up points on them and I believe our defense would have kept them in check.

Its hard to say. Rams shredded this seattle defense . Likely wouldve played better than seattle's offense did.
We got into the face of darnold a lot. The fact is he made some plays and Maye didnt. And he got enough running help and we barely were able to run the football. Rams ran at 5 yards a carry vs this defense.
