I try to put things into perspective. What are things I can't control? Weather, economy, **whether someone likes me**, and the outcome of sporting events. If something happens I have no control over, it's easier to swallow.

This is true, but he still had the guts to keep him. It's not like it was a Seahawks situation where they are in the Super Bowl and about to get sold. Macdonald probably keeps his job. But in most team sale situations, the new owner wants to put his fingerprints on how things run.
