The origin of the Pats' celebration move this season

My kid was on Instagram and explained to me (being old) that the celebratory move the Pats have been doing (covering their face and shaking their hand) came from Antonio Gibson. The players have been doing it all season to honor him while he's out for the season.

Ackshually...It actually came from Cam Ward when he was at Miami.

okay I wasn't sure if I could post a picture of the Star Trek Discovery cast wearing their "Disco" t-shirts so I deleted my pic. But that is a very disco move. And the illegal procedure call, by the way, is the most disco penalty in football.

I have mostly tried to forget that Star Trek Discovery existed, but I want to at least acknowledge that I understood your take.

That was really the only redeeming thing about that show, the Disco gear they all wore off duty.

Picard was cool. Strange New Worlds was cool, as much as I saw of it.

I no longer get Paramount, but can Jem Haddar even BE female? And how come everybody's fat in this part of the future?

I really liked Lower Decks. Took me back to my teenaged TNG-fan days. I get Paramount+ long enough for football season and then dump it afterward.

That is a smart move I just found out in time for this season. Paramount for some weird reason carries CBS sports which airs most of our games. Great bargain for only $8 a month.

Paramount owns CBS, so that's why they air it. It was better when the AFC was on CBS and the NFC on Fox because it was easier to get most of the Pats games this way.
