OT: [GreenCow is losing it] I think i’m onto something about the NFL

You know i’m right when Ross can’t even defend this

Green Cow joined in 2020, when it was obvious the Bills were on the rise and the Patriots sucked, and would suck for years to come. Now that the Bills have **** themselves and the Patriots are back on top he can't handle it and is actually blaming teams for playing their starting quarterback in playoff games against them. He's a little crybaby ***** who makes every excuse in the world for the Bills and every team that loses to the Patriots. He is the definition of a crybaby ***** loser who should shut his piehole.
Need to love how he joined in 2020 too and not years before that

So did Cooks

There was no football move before his knee hit the ground, therefore he wasn't a runner and "survive the ground" was still in play.

Sooooo basically what you're saying is that everything that happens anywhere and at any time is a giant conspiracy against the Bills, right?

You have to survive the ground. He didn't, so in effect it was a bobble that ended up in the defenders hand. Interception.

People comparing the one in the NFCCG conveniently forget that the Kupp had already caught the ball and taken a couple steps, he was reaching for the first down line and spun twice before losing the ball. The rule was enforced correctly in both situations.
Boutte literally got tackled before the ball even got there in Baltimore, got concussed and that could have altered that game very easily.

Green, of course, is he color of envy.

That pretty well clarifies things, doesn't it?

Green Cow's entire argument is this:

Winning only matters when my team wins.

If you believe what you wrote, then why the **** do you watch the sport?
Same reason I watch anything else. Entertainment. Male bonding conversation.
Been a sports fan many years. I just don't get emotionally involved like a kid anymore.

Many people have pointed out how ridiculous it is, you just refuse to face the reality of the actual rules of the game.

Frankly, this guy is always the classic case of "close but no cigar." From stupidly jumping a guy and failing on 4th down. Allowing a defender to sprint across the field and break up a TD pass. To being unable to keep full control and not being smart enough to put up on argument. Bad things happen when he is on your team.

As for the Bills, the clock is ticking. Will Allen's body hold up as he ages? How effective will this new HC be? My prediction is Allen will win a SB someday.....with another team.

Which is weird because it's known for calming positive traits too.
Heh. That's true. Many deep symbols have contradictory implications. Roses are beautiful but have thorns. The sea is a source of life but offers the prospect of submersion and drowning. The moon is associated with lovers, yet we have the word "lunacy." Words often have contradictory evolutions of meaning: In the 18th century, "artificial" and "enthusiastic" had negative connotations. Pride, once a mortal sin, is now something we wish to instill in our children. "Sophisticated" was once a pejorative: a "sophisticated" wine was one contaminated with adulterants. "Cleave" means both to join together and to cut apart

Expecting the world and the language which presumably reflects it to make sense is an iffy business, I have found.

What was your major? Lol

It’s obvious when you look at everything that has happened. Just follow the order of events…

1) Bills got screwed in the Denver game. Blatantly. Everyone saw it.

2) This created a firestorm across the NFL media and people were calling the NFL out on it.

3) The NFL realized they made it too blatant this time so they needed something to take peoples eyes off it. They make a call to Pegula and tell him to fire McDermott. Meanwhile, they (the NFL) decide make sure Patriots make SB to keep people mad about that. Dual attention grabbers to take people’s eyes off the cheating.

4) Pegula fires McDermott and Pats make SB, so eyes are drawn to the head coach search and Pats hate. But there is still a few eyes looking at the blatant cheating scandal that robbed the Bills of an AFCCG appearance.

5) NFL makes another call “we need a bigger diversion - instead of hiring one of the stud coordinators, promote Joe Brady”

Pegula makes it so and the firestorm is now on the Bills for doing this idiotic think, and the NFL gets away scott free.
A) the call was correct. You haven’t ignore the rules to say otherwise.
B) No one outside a 50 mile radius of Buffalo is focused on the Bills. The rest of the world forgot you exist after you choked again.

So you're either:
1. Blind
2. Don't know the rules
or
3. Just posting utter nonsense since you have free time and no upcoming Bills game to talk about.

It’s not that complicated. If you are going to the ground making the catch you must survive the ground. If you have already completed the catch the ground can’t cause a fumble.

Kupp didn’t take any steps after catching the ball. Zero. He caught it and immediately went down. Just like Cooks.
Are you blind? Kupp was running when he caught the ball, then was tackled. Cooks went to the ground in order to try to complete the catch and didn’t survive the ground. The DB did though

Same reason I watch anything else. Entertainment. Male bonding conversation.

Gotta admit I didn't expect to see an admission that you put in a non-zero amount time and energy into something you think is rigged just to gain the acceptance of others, but if that's what works for you, go for it!

Because at that juncture you're a ball carrier.

Some people do not want to accept that Ball carriers and Ball receivers have different rules.

So did Cooks
No he did not, it was ruled he didn’t have possession of the ball going down, the replay showed it and the networks referee analyst pointed it out on the replay. I will ask for a third time, second time in this thread and once in another thread still waiting for a reply, you reply to everyone else’s reply.

How many turnovers did Josh Superman Allen have in the game?

1. He caught the ball 2. Had possession throughout 3. It came loose when he hit the ground. You can hate the rule. But based on said rule, the refs got it right.

Nobody was out to screw Buffalo so that we could potentially get Bo Nix in a SB over Josh Allen.

Btw, if Allen threw that ball a tad further, Cooks would have never needed to stop for it. He could have caught it on the run and got closer to the end zone. One of many mistakes he made.
