Only six #6 seeds in NFL history have ever reached the AFC/NFC Championship game, and only two of those six have gone on to make the Super Bowl (2005 Steelers and 2010 Packers). The math certainly was not in their favor. But, I doubt Pegula has any idea about that.
Interviews/requests: Bills offensive coordinator Joe Brady; Washington Commanders run game coordinator Anthony Lynn; former New York Giants head coach Brian Daboll; Indianapolis Colts defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo; Jaguars offensive coordinator Grant Udinski; Dolphins defensive coordinator Anthony Weaver
Anthony Lynn? Lou Anarumo? Anthony Weaver? Grant Udinski? Those are not serious candidates. This is a team that lost to the Dolphins and Falcons this season.
They are who we thought they were.
IMO it was a good idea to try something different.
BUT it seems they did it for the wrong reason, the owner over-reacting to a crying QB.
It also seems that they don't have a Plan B, otherwise there would be a clear favorite on who gets the job next.
Here's one list of who they are interviewing:
This feels like the approach is to throw **** against the wall and see what sticks.
NFL coaching news 2026: Latest coordinator updates with all head coach, GM positions filled
Teams are putting in interview requests as they look to fill vacancies. Keep up with all of the info right here.sports.yahoo.com
They have overplayed their hands. Soon as they saw the Chiefs miss the playoffs they thought it'd be a Super Bowl cake walk. Mahomes and Brady have skewed peoples' minds as to how hard it is to actually win a Super Bowl. If Allen wins 2 in a 15 year career that'll be a great success for him. Seems like Buffalo is expecting 3 or 4 or bustRight... They were what, the #6 seed? Right. Aaron Rodgers has 1 single ring. Peyton Manning had 2, and one of those was far more on the back of his defense than anything he did. They have overplayed their hands. No he suffered no brain damage..because that would require having a brainI think the gif I found was on the first page of my "bills mafia fail gif" Google search, so hopefully that means this guy survived.
His IQ likely dropped a few points to be on par with a banana though.
Both of them will survive.I feel bad for the good fans of Buffalo.

I'm just glad someone noticedHey, you ok, man?
Noticed your last few posts-
A three-line Haiku, each.
yeah, a dumpster fire getting into the playoffs for the last 8 years, tops in the division for 5 years and competing evenly with us now,Anthony Lynn? Lou Anarumo? Anthony Weaver? Grant Udinski? Those are not serious candidates.
It looks like the only "real" candidates are Daboll and Joe Brady, and neither of them are going to transform the team. Both of them would be "more of the same" and both would just be appeasing what Josh Allen wants. The QB would be in charge of the team. They'll be a dumpster fire.
I’ve been enjoying. Some of them have been really great, astute observations in good haiku form. Thanks for those artful posts.I'm just glad someone noticed
Josh will stand by him. This was bad. Wow. I feel for Coleman.
His cap hit in 2025 was 11th in the league. It will be 7th in 2026 at 17% - not "around 20%". His contract had nothing to do with the Bills inability to draft within the last 5 years. Their problems have been going on long before he signed his deal. Giving them a "home town discount" wouldn't have done anything other than putting more money in the Owner's pocket.Allen's contract takes up around 20% of the Bills cap. No pass for him!
