The Rams deciding to run with 02:07 left, on 3rd and 10 was incredibly dumb.

If you don't complete the pass, you will still spend the time until the 2 minute warning, but there was no chance of getting a first down by running.

At most, they spent 3 seconds and punted, instead of trying to win the game with one 3rd and 10 conversion. If it doesn't work, you'll still punt from the same spot. It makes absolutely no sense not to try a pass with that clock situation.
