Yea, I am actually pretty excited to see his development during his first 3 years especially because if things play out as you suggest he will be in an EP variation. IMO, the EP offense is the best system for a QB over the west coast mainly due to the field read vs pure progression reads.

Mendoza seems like a kid that will be able to pick it up because he is pretty smart, had the chance to go to Yale.

He's one of my favourite receivers. I do think that in the NFL however, he's mainly a contested catch/scheme him open guy rather than one who gets open based upon speed/athleticism.

After Indiana put up big beatdowns of Alabama and Oregon they have to be strong favourites. For Miami the usual is true. They need to generate a strong pass rush, get the running game going and not have Carson Beck make any mistakes. I think it's too much for them and I fear this game might end up being fairly one-sided.

I assume it's so that it doesn't clash with the NFL playoffs although why it's a Monday and not a Friday I'm not sure.

Sad you can't watch it. If you can afford a tenner, you could take out a DAZN monthly membership and then cancel. It's only 9.99.
