Not firing Taylor is so bizarre. Why would anyone expect the team to be any better next year?
Smart and cheap Mike Brown's been around the block. This is not the year to fire a HC: slim picking if any out there.
Rob: even a blind squirrel finds a nut every once in a while. It took Trevor Lawrence a while even I would have given up.Nah! If the Belichick in his prime was available and wanting to coach Burrow, no way would Brown fire Taylor with two years left on his contract. There is nothing smart about it.
Besides, everyone laughed at the Jags when they signed Cohen last year. Everyone thought it was a desperation hire when the Jags were turned down by all the marquee coaches. Who is laughing now?
Bears, Pats and Jags all hit the jackpot with coaching hires. Raiders and Jets on the other hand...........Nah! If the Belichick in his prime was available and wanting to coach Burrow, no way would Brown fire Taylor with two years left on his contract. There is nothing smart about it.

I don't know if I really get this one. I feel like the team was reasonably productive with Jacoby Brissett... The problem there has more to do with the QB room than the coach... If they're firing Gannon because he wants to move on from Murray then that's not going to go well.Cardinals fire Gannon !
Bears, Pats and Jags all had a talented QB in place. Raiders and Jets on the other hand...Bears, Pats and Jags all hit the jackpot with coaching hires. Raiders and Jets on the other hand...........
Vrabel would have first hand information on any of the Browns assistants.Stefanski is gone and his assistants are most likely gone too. Schwartz is one of the better DC's out there. Vrabel was in Cleveland last year so he saw firsthand. It wouldn't be a bad idea bringing him in.
Plus Josh and his family ike the area, and his kids are young. I think the youngest is below school age. He could stay here for Maye's entire career, make a ton of money and leave when his kids and Drake are gone. He'd still be plenty young enough to take another HC shot then. And he should have an even more impressive resume by then.
This is my fantasy scenario.
ok. I was going off a quick google search that said he had a 3 year old... but it was probably just an old article. Even so, idk what middle school means. In my current town it is 5th and 6th grade, growing up it was 6th - 8th. But either way, he has young kids, and he has said in the past he loves living in new england, and it would be surprising if he moved his kids out of Westwood.I believe the youngest would be in middle school right now, per articles on McDaniels.
Brady is driving now.Sounds like there may be truth to the Flores Daboll combo in Vegas. Petey was fired.
What makes you think he doesn't have final say and Wolf is the guy who meets the media?
Bizarre. the team just had one of its greatest drafts ever and you want to start dismantling the front office
Ok, my bad. i read it as you wanted to get rid of cowden. But i would still keep the band together for at least another year and see how it turns out. What are you talking about? What I said was the best way to keep it intact.
Who was driving 2025?Brady is driving now.
The Raiders will be leaving those Franchise QB less Teams pretty soon: Brady likes Fernando Mendoza.Bears, Pats and Jags all had a talented QB in place. Raiders and Jets on the other hand...
