Thus current playoff format does not work. It should always be the 7 teams with the best record. The NFC south has no business having a team in the playoffs. Some games are so watered down every year.

SF D was not good last game. If they aren't good again even if they win, will that change how you think about them and the NFC as a whole? For me it would a bit.

Honestly the last 2 previous games they haven't been all that impressive defensively. 27 and 38 points surrendered. You could point out the Titans game too, but 14 of those 24 points were garbage.
